Fernbrook Builders Limited was established in 1972 by the present shareholders Alan Cherry and Philip Freeman and it still remains privately owned.

Brother and Sisters Shaun Cherry (managing director), Susan Simpson (company secretary) and Julie Muncey are all actively engaged in the running of the company and securing its future, with positive hands on management we have established an envied reputation for quality and commitment.

Since inception Fernbrook Builders have been engaged in all areas of building and construction works which include, industrial, borough and county council, housing association, sheltered accommodation, retail, commercial, medical works, private schools and leisure projects.

We undertake contracts from £300,000.00 to £5,000,000.00 and operate within a 50 mile radius from our offices in Rushden, Northamptonshire we are able to provide all of the necessary bonds and indemnities required for these contracts.

We have been NHBC (reg. No. 48478 grade A1) since 1976 and also with the Zurich insurance company (grade 1), we are also members of Constructionline (32045).
